About the
Spirit Lakes Improvement Association​

WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, FOUNDED IN 1982, TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN THE QUALITY OF NORTH SPIRIT AND SPIRIT LAKES.

The Spirit Lakes are located seven miles northeast of Rib Lake, Wisconsin on HWY 102, about one hour northwest of Wausau.

Giving Back
To Our Community

The Spirit Lakes Improvement Association is proud to give back to the community through volunteer efforts and donations that support local programs, schools, and outdoor traditions.


From volunteering at local fishing tournaments and fundraising events to supporting youth education and school activities, we are committed to helping strengthen the communities that surround and support our lakes.

In appreciation of its supporters, the Association has proudly contributed to the following organizations and initiatives:
