Went out on the lakes for a 4-wheeler ride. There are a lot of people out on a beautiful day! Ice thickness is around 13". Conditions for getting around on the ice are excellent. It looks like fishermen are catching Crappies. Both aerator fences have been put up and the aerators wll be started after we get results of DNR oxygen level tests. It is a sunny morning 35 degrees at 9 am. There is a quite a bit of skim ice on the lake this morning. We did get a little snow this past week and yes there is still some in the woods. Iv'e been watching the bridge project and I think there is a good chance it will be open before Thanksgiving. Let's hear from you! Jim No Title 07/12/2011

On Saturday 7/9 we held our Kid's Fishing Day. We had 45 participants. The kids seemed to have a really good time. Please comment on the event. The results and pictures will be posted in the next week. Post Title. 05/31/2011
Well the holiday weekend has passed and overall the weather held. My 4 year old Grand Daughter went fishing and was reeling in a crappie when she said the pole won't reel, the Muskie on the other end had something to do with her problem. The Annual Picnic was held this past weekend. It is a great opportunity to see old friends and make new friends. We had a variety of some really great food. If you haven't attended you are missing out on good friends and good food. Plan to attend next year! Post Title. 07/31/2010
This past week the Muskie were very active. On Wednesday 7/28 I saw 3 fish caught and talked to a couple who said they had landed 6 fish that day! No Title 07/17/2010
The Kid's Fishing Day was held Sat 7/12/2010 We had 50 participants who appeared to have had a good time. this past week we had a considerable amount of rain the water level is up at least 16" from the 4th of July. Post Title. 07/06/2010
The 4th of July weekend made it a little tough to get out and enjoy the lake. I did get out to fish Monday morning. Fished the little lake and caught 7 Bass, the biggest was 17".
