Well we were having a nice warm winter with little snow, that is until this past Tuesday. I measured 18" of wet heavy snow. The people who were doing the plowing had real problems. Trying to push it with the normal plow on a truck just put the plow truck off the driveway so that the best chance to clear the snow was using a frontend loader and there were still problems getting stuck because it was so wet and icy under the snow.
It was cold and windy for the ice fishing jamboree but we still had a very good turnout. thanks to those who helped ot that day and

Jim-tried several different combinations to try to post a title. I can only guess that it has something to do with the website itself and the administrator. thanks Tim

would like to comment that the increase boat traffic on the lake has also contributed to the amount of trash floating in the lake. I stopped and picked up several cans and cups that must of blown out. There should be something posted at the boat landing with respect to properly securing refuse.
